This is a seven-layer dessert, the best I've ever had.
First layer: crust. 1 c. flour, 8 T melted butter, 1 c. chopped pecans. Press into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for fifteen minutes. Cool completely.
Second layer: 8 oz cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar, 8 oz cool whip. Let cream cheese come up to room temp. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar, stir in cool whip. Spread on crust.
Third layer: Large package of vanilla pudding.
Fourth layer: Large package of chocolate pudding.
Fifth layer: 8 oz cool whip
Sixth layer: grated chocolate bar
Seventh layer: chopped pecans.
Okay, so the sixth and seventh layers are kind of cheating, but wow, is this good!
