Request: Hearty (& nutritious/appealing?) Weekday Breakfast Ideas!

Hey Brownicureans,

I am skimping on breakfast and then am STARVING by 8:30 every morning. I'm looking for tips in a few areas:

1. how to squeeze in breakfast, when you are exhausted and don't want to get up
2. great foods/recipes for breakfast that can either be prepared the night before, cooked up and eaten fairly quickly, or grabbed and eaten on the train/in the car.
Especially foods that fit one or more of the following categories: nutritious, protein-y, hearty/filling, appealing, tasty, etc.
3. Any other breakfast oriented tips/ideas!

Oh, and breakfast foods can be construed quite broadly here...examples of some of the foods I've eaten before 9 am in the recent weeks.... Annie's mac and cheese, spring onion and garlice asian-type soup, baked beans, soy sausage, brie and bread, hot tamales (of the corn syrup variety), ginger ale, etc.

Most of my serious nausea is just random, it doesn't hit in the morning necesarily, and having a full tummy helps keep it at bay.

ps in case you didn't sense it i missed breakfast and am now about to eat some microwaved Annie's Mac and Cheese.
